CONCEPT:Use a figure of woman to show that how interesting, fun and variety of experienced by use  "Air France" .To show that the passengers will feels those experience when they fly with air France from  Mexico to Paris in 3 days flight every day.
RATIONALE:Usually woman is symbolic with beautiful,enjoy-ful, attractive and something like interesting things. By using woman figure perhaps that people can imagine how interesting "Air France" when they use this flight.

IDEA and CONCEPT

    #  ASSIGNMENT 3

What is IDEA? What is CONCEPT? Sometime this two term are usually use by people, It is they really know what meanings of this term? IDEA is  something  such as a thought  that potentially or actually exists in the mind as a product of mental activity. IDEA is generally define as:
  • To name the subjective contents of our own minds
  • Just whatever is before the mind when one thinks
  • Construed as representational images is image of some object
Then what is CONCEPT? CONCEPT can be says the second process after IDEA, HOW WE WANT TO EXECUTE OUR IDEAS. It have to communicate and connect the ideas through the dots , means concept is the medium to apply the resembles of idea into action plan. In ADVERTISING usually this two process are involved in order to produce better advertisement. So let"s we watch two television commercial advertisement that come from two different sources. International and our local TV'c.. and from that we can see what is idea, concept and so on.


LOCAL TV'c = KEROPOK MONY

IDEA:  "CRISPY, DELICIOUS, ANYTIME, ENJOYABLE, FOR EVERYONE"
 
CONCEPT: Portrayal  two family time during evening, by show that they enjoy eat a  
                   "Keropok Mony", and how easy and fast to prepare and fry the "Keropok Mony".
                    Both family try to show off that  they also eat "Keropok Mony". Not only the 
                    adults eat the 'keropok" but also the children. Use a Jinggle  song to carry out 
                    out the idea message.

RATIONALE: To show that this "Keropok" are eat by everyone, that why they  use the family  
                        (Father,  mother, son and daughter). Then also, a crispy   of "keropok" , while people  
                         eat the "keropok"crisp sound came out. Next, "Keropok"  can be eat during evening 
                         and morning,means anytime. ALL the ideas is sing in the jingle, to people easy 
                         remember and get the idea how the TV''c IS ALL ABOUT.

 

INTERNATIONAL TV'c =  NOLLAN CHEDDAR


IDEA: "STRONG, ENERGY-TIC"

CONCEPT: Use a mouse that eat cheese on the mouse trap , a mouse being trap  after eat a 
                      cheese.That mouse become weak and after a few second, a mouse become strong and 
                      able to sit up and also become energy-tic.

RATIONALE: 
                        By use a mouse that being trap in mouse trap after it finish eat the cheese, to show 
                        that a mouse become weak and want to died, and then become strong to lift up an 
                        iron in the mouse trap. At that  first place a mouse weak and want to died impact of
                        mouse trap, but in the end of  this TV'c show that a mouse become strong, because of  
                        a cheese . The cheese make a mouse become strong and more energy-tic and powerful.
                        So that clearly portray the rationale of use mouse as the subject is to carry out the 
                        powerful of cheese after a mouse eat that cheese. .

* My Icon

# ASSIGNMENT TWO


 When I saw his face on the front cover book at MPH Book Store last Saturday, it reminds me about his characters. Simple, kind, unique, friendly and most important he like to smile and always give advice to me. He is one of my favorite lecturer and he also inspire me to be who I am today. Some people might not know HIM, but as a one of his students, I learn  a lot of life  experience and useful knowledge.People call him AGI short form from ABDUL GHAFAR IBRAHIM. But for me I prefer to call him Ayah AGI.WHY??? Because to me he is like a father , a good adviser and listener. people might say he kind of a freak person, because his appearance kind of different from normal person. I like his way of thinking  , he always think out of box. For examples from his art work itself  represent the way his think, he emphasize creative thinking through his art work.He is someone who are so freak and creative..very creative. 

Then, when I go through his background history, there a lot of things that I never know before about him. Ayah AGI was born  in Kampung Sesapan Batu Minangkabau, Beranang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (31 August 1943), now almost 69 years old. By look at towards his appearance , people never aspect his already reach 70s, his very energy-tic, kindful and always smile, that is one of another reason that make me really aspire me as my idol. 



Next, he is the first Malaysian to be a writer-in-residence in the International Writing Program at the School of Letters, University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa, USA (1974), he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts  in Northern Illinois University, De Kalb, Illinois, USA, 1976) and a Master of Arts  (Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois, USA, 1977) . Ayah AGI writes poetry, drama, sketches, interviews, essays, articles and is a painter, he also active in read poetry in " Majlis-Majlis Mendelaklamasikan Puisi dan Sajak" AROUND  Kuala Lumpur and also outside Kl. In 1990, he was the guest of the Australian Government Cultural Award Programme.  His first poem ‘Ensiklopedia Kehidupan Manusia’appeared in Mingguan Malaysia (8 August, 1965), followed by another poem ‘Nanar’in Berita Minggu (31 August, 1966). AGI’s poetry collections are My Lord Moon Kite (1976), Tak Tun (1978), Dialog Dengan Seniman (1982), That’s That  (1986, 1990, 2009), Ahhh….Then  all the books were translated into English by Harry Aveling.  His poems were also published in anthologies locally, regionally and internationally 

He is very multi - talented person, he can singing, painting, writing and also teaching . For me just one word to describe his " WOW" .  His  poetry ‘The Field of Yield’ was picked by The Song Company Australia, an internationally acclaimed vocal ensemble and performed worldwide with its song composition by Saidah Rastam (1999). There a lots of poetry book written by him and one of the AGI’s poetry entitled ‘www.cyber freedom.com.my’ and ‘The Hero’ has won the Malaysian Premier Literary Awards (2000/2001).

       Ayah AGI was worked for a short period at the Dewan Bahasa Dan Pustaka as a Literary Assistant (1974). As an educator, he was with Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan, Kulim, Kedah (1967 – 1970); Sekolah Menengah Khir Johari, Beranang, Selangor (1971 – 1973); Specialist Teachers’ Training Institute, Cheras, (1980 – 1982); The National University of Malaysia – UKM (1982 –1998) and since (2002)and now  as a lecturer in the Artistic Writing Department, Faculty of Artistic & Creative Technology, MARA University of Technology (UiTM), in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

PEOPLE outside maybe might not know his , and maybe just a few people know who Ayah AGI, but this is no the matter  , for my side he inspire me  a lot and he is my idol. He teach me how to think and be  creative instead of being "Kritis". SOME HOW we have to think different from what other think in order to be  good from others. Hopefully one day I can be successful like Ayah AGI in do something especially in creative World. Insya-Allah. To my idol, Ayah AGI, I hope Ayah will still "berkarya" and I'M proud to have you as my Idol, Icon and also my favorite lecturer.THANK YOU AYAH...

* My Opinion

# ASSIGNMENT ONE


What means  by this quotes,for me there are many opinions come to my minds. First, to me its like one situation when we do something in the dark and perhaps people notice what we do.Then it also show that the people who are doing something without any objective. They might do something without have clear planning and strategy to achieve what they want. Ok! let's imagines if we walking in the dark way without any light or maybe torchlight, we do not know what danger could come to us along the way, then we stay walking and walking ...pup....bub... We  accidentally bumps a stone and fall into a hole.  We shout for help ,"Help!!help"  and perhaps people come and save us but in fact people do not what we do in the dark, thus means we need soft of  light to make people can find us and save us and indirectly also we gets a clear view.



The same things happens with the Advertising Industry, for those who have involve in business, they might be use Advertising as a their medium to deliver information, create awareness, promote their product and so on. YOU have to make sure that people know about your product existence in the market, MEANS how you place  your product in the eyes of of other( the users). YOU want to sell your product or services, but people do not know what is your product actually, You like waste your time and money by do something THAT You believe people will know about you product WITHOUT ADVERTISING HELP. Come on ! there are lots of product or services out there for examples like Shampoo, YOU HAVE TO COMPETE with other popular brands that those spend a lot of money to make sure their product will get know by audiences either from  electronic media or print media.Can YOU imagine THAT??  LIFE without ADVERTISING????

SO  for  me When we talk about product, advertising..bla..bla..bla, its all about market , MARKETING or maybe more narrowly is Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). What is IMC?? Integrated Marketing Communications is a simple concept. It ensures that all forms of communications and messages are carefully linked together.At its most basic level, Integrated Marketing Communications, or IMC, as we'll call it, means integrating all the promotional tools, so that they work together in harmony. 

IMC involved 4Ps.. PRODUCT, PLACE, PROMOTION AND PRICE.. but I want to focusing on PROMOTION, which is Advertising more relate with promotion. Advertising is part of promotion, YOU have product , you want to people out there know, aware and then buy OR use your product, you have to have enough promotion strategy planning to sell your product. Advertising it's like one platform or maybe tools  that brings a lot of information and message that you want to people get all  information. So it become easy, fast and  also effective , if you know who are your target audiences it might also help you to choose what kind of advertising type that you want to deliver your advertisement.

Then , but most IMPORTANT..nowadays we live in modernization era, means all thing are involve technology ..people want something that save their time, easy , convenience and also  have a lot  of information. More clearly, they rushing to the office, class and so on, with ADVERTSING For examples like advertisement in Billboard that IS BEST WAY for those who are driving can simply see the advertisement while they are in traffic jam, the promotion and publicity is simply deliver to them. As my opinion, Advertising is important to US, our every day actually already involved with advertising but we didn't notice that...so let's we think just a few second if our life if we didn' t have ADVERTISING?? FOR ME is totally make my life dull and I feel like 'BLIND but my eyes is open" " think about that ya!!!

* My creative art work

# FINAL PROJECT ( PART ONE)

My Final Project for Advertising Class in Part 1.. I think everybody  know what place is this?Yes, Pavilion..this is my Assessment for final project in Part 1, when we have to carry out with the one paperwork or proposal to our client (TM) about program Married on Everyone Connects".(our clients is our Adv. Lecturer ...Prof. Dr  Azizul) 
We as one of the Advertising company have to do creative Advertising strategy in term to promote  a program for the people outside about what is all about the program. We have to persuade them to watch, follow and also to be  participate.  My  team members is about 6 members, and each of members have their task...We have used the medium of  Advertising  like 30 sec. TV'c, Radio Adv, Magazines, Newspapers, Facebook and also Billboard. 
All that must be represent this program  which is about couples who have in love and want to be married in 3 months.Along this program the finalist  couple who have selected, the moments they have know each other,  engaged and then married will be recorded. (Little bit about the program..blablablablabla. 
Oh, the picture is my first work with Awin( my partners) to do a Advertisement in Billboard at Pavilion, and at the same time have an event during the "final episode which is live screen on the Billboard..hehhehe( amazing right??just planning..) ..it can be says my first trial to do a mock-up..(OK la kan??) ***

* Who am I?

 

Me: Third from right..

Who am I? I'm Nur Azmalina, everyone call me Are-Dik. Why they called me Are-Dik because I am youngest in my family.  Ha?? oh my age , I'm 23 years old, actually not officially 23 until  14 June. Know what, before that I have taken my Diploma at Faculty Film, Theater and Animation major in ART MANAGEMENT.  All about management and art that I have to  learn in this Faculty. Only 3 years then I was convo. During in this Faculty ,  I  have to learn  dancing, acting  and also singing class. Really fun and enjoyable!

 

Now it already pass :( , then I continue my further Degree  at  Faculty Communication and Media Studies,  Bachelor in Broadcasting at UiTM Shah Alam  .  I was in part 4 and almost one and half year to finish my study. I like to talk, dancing and very love to do creative things.yeyyeye.. Some people always says to me " Are-Dik hang suka la buat kerja-kerja kreatif ni, tampal-tampal, gunting-gunting..kalau tak warna-warni bukan hang la".

 

This is little bit about me, how I get involved in Advertising...hehhehhe.. When I in part 3 , I have to decided what minor I have to take whether Journalism or Advertising, because once I have decided, I can't to change and have to fix until part 5. It's like dilemma for me and will make me think twice either want to take  advertising or journalism.  I keep asking my self, what I want? and , What I want to be?huh~ Then one my best  friends says to me " La, Are-Dik hang ni kreatif, suka benda-benda seni ni, lagipun aku tengok hang lebih ke arah advertising ni, aku yakin hang boleh buat!...That is  was what Ernie says to me. It  make me think that, whatever things we do in our life, we must have passion towards the things we do,like and also  love  to do it blalalala...bla..bla..

 

Then after a few days, I  make my decisions , means  my final decision ( hopefully)  to take advertising as my minor subject. Yes ADVERTISING! In this blog , special here  is my journeys and my creative art work  , that I have to sharing with all of you. Hopefully , my creative art blog will be give others people in outside who read my  blogs  a lots of enjoyment and sweet  experiences , then also my creative work will appreciate  by others people who are love art (means anything about art)  peace:)


 Recording Time, Cut! On-Air



Yes !! This me,  during recording time for subject Radio broadcasting, feeling like "Fara Fauzana" or maybe "Linda Onn"..:)..Insyallah..When I upload this picture at my Facebook know what?? all my fellow friends and my relatives asking me, "Adek hang dah jadi Dj ka?(kedah seleng) radio mana?artis la hang sekarang".Hehehhehe. then I just reply with " smile"..Maybe who knows in future I can be a DJ. Actually this course is really enjoyable and require YOU to be creative and have to be active , you have to keep thinking and try to be different from others in term of how you want other to see yourself different. Never give up, and always fighting (like Korean says: Aja-aja fighting)...Alhamdulillah, I can survived  until now as a student of Broadcasting..with full support from my family, lecturer and also my buddy's..Thank a lot!!
